AFTER THE BUSINESS MEETINGS IN MARRAKECH, DUBAI, ISTANBUL AND LISBON, PROJECT OWNERS ARE INVITED TO SPA MEETING ASIA, HELD in SEOUL ON NOVEMBER 19TH AND 20TH, AND SPA MEETING MIDDLE EAST & INDIA ON NOVEMBER 27TH AND 28TH in ABU DHABI.
How are these upcoming business meetings shaping up?
Valérie VANIER: The one-to-one formula really works for today’s Spa professionals, and these next meetings are off to a good start, offering over 1,000 targeted appointments with a selection of fifty suppliers representing every professional category of the industry. We will be greeting a large number of buyers who have significant developments planned in the short and medium term. Both events will welcome a mix of 50 participants including corporate projects, and therefore many openings and redevelopments by major hotel groups, and regional as well as independent project owners.
What makes each Spa Meeting so successful?
V.V.: One of the major assets is that each SpaMeeting offers a renewed and always carefully selected spectrum of suppliers. We are intent on pushing the industry to the next level by presenting new and qualitative solutions. Participants are also looking forward to meeting institutional brands again, such as Clarins, L’Occitane, Thalgo, Elemis and Shiseido, as well as equipment and Spa concept suppliers like Klafs, LPG, Gharieni and Unbescheiden. We devote a lot of time to selecting suppliers in order to avoid over-representing a category of products or services. We will have skincare brands, equipment, Medispa products, aromatherapy, fitness equipment, linen, consultants and interior designers.
What are Spa Meeting’s next ports of call?
V.V.: Spa Meeting Paris, September 10th to 12th at Porte de Versailles for European buyers. Spa Meeting Asia, November 19th and 20th for Northern Asian, Southern Korean, Japanese and Taiwanese buyers and, last but not least, Spa Meeting Middle East & India, November 27th and 28th for project owners from the Middle East, India and the Indian Ocean area.
