"Key Points" concerning the liability of the Interior Designer in the Creation of a Spa

Creating a "Winning" Spa in the present economical and financial context within the very restricting framework of hygiene, safety and accessibility norms, given the very high construction costs, is far from being an easy task. The birth of an impressive number of new projects that start, Spas, Institutes, Wellness, makes one think to the contrary.  But there are several project initiators who do not gauge the complexity of this task and run up against major hurdles as well as significant financial difficulties.
With regards to the so-called "Standard" construction project, whether it is in existing buildings or under-construction sites, the completion of a Spa implies major works, extremely precise choices and real technical constraints; getting a real professional Interior Designer is the "keystone" to the success of the project.
Of course, talent, technical know-how but also actual field knowledge are essential, combine these with a strong creativity that will be the source of the atmosphere and final charm of the Spa to which the client will be very sensitive.

Taking the plan and the site into account

Design et Concept►First of all, the Interior Designer must take into account the desires of the future Spa's owner or operator:
He must integrate the vision of the project, style or image that he wants it to have, understand the type of clientele that he desired and especially continuously remember the commercial and marketing aims; as a result he must, if required, integrate the market research and business plan that would have been prepared for the project.
And then, "The most important point", the Interior Designer must validate the "budget aim" of the project and this with a lot of professionalism.

►On the spot or on blueprint, he must give priority to studying and designing what will be the possible entry points to the Spa:
In case of a Hotel, entry from inside for the Hotel's clients, service entry for delivery and staff, external entry for the clients who are not guests of the hotel as well as access for people with reduced mobility. In case of a Day Spa,
